[We bought them somewhere, then sell them somewhere else at higher price. In Malay, we say it as choking the blood. But it does bring in a lot of money. We also sell spices in the same way. We may still be working on improving our profit margin, but for a town, we are rather rich.]

[But to settle the problem of grain price falling, why not pay tax in form of grain instead? As in, Critta'-Kalthin sells to outside, but pays 50% of the tax they owe in form of grain at market price. Lady Iximaz must them only use the grain as campaign or maintenance supply for her troops or workers. She is not allowed to sell back the grain, but may barter it or give it as a bargaining chip.]
